Our business and current shop status

Paw & Portrait is operated by Sandycroft Workwear Ltd., company 07917944, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: Prior House, 129 High Street, Prestatyn, Wales, LL19 9AS. Email sales@sandycroftworkwear.uk.

You can currently create and save portrait artwork in the studio. Print ordering is not open yet. Displayed product prices are indicative preview prices, and no sale is formed by creating or saving artwork. Final tax, delivery, payment and order terms will be shown before live checkout.

Your photos and artwork approval

Upload only photographs you own or have permission to use. Do not upload content that infringes another person’s rights. You give us permission to process the image for the portrait service and, if you place an order, to send approved artwork to the print provider.

Our art styles and backgrounds use AI. They are not commissioned hand-painted originals and can alter facial details or markings. Compare your original image and review the likeness, crop, spelling and lettering before approval. The decorative frame illustration is approximate. On-screen previews and downloaded preview images have a faint watermark. It is omitted from the production file sent to the printer after payment; it is not part of the printed design.

Prices and placing an order

When live ordering opens, prices will be in pounds sterling and include applicable VAT. Any available delivery choice and its charge will be shown before payment, along with the total you will pay. Optional extras require your choice.

Before paying, you will be able to correct the artwork and address and see the relevant product description and delivery estimate. A saved portrait is not a paid order. At live launch, we will provide a durable order confirmation and a copy of the applicable contract information. Our VAT number, if applicable, and final delivery services must be confirmed before sales begin.

Our print partner and your contract

Prodigi is our selected print-on-demand fulfilment partner. Its supplier terms govern our relationship with the printer; your purchase and customer support remain with Sandycroft Workwear Ltd. The supplier links below are background information and do not replace these shop terms or your statutory consumer rights.

Order and dispatch emails

When ordering opens, we will email confirmation of your paid order and a dispatch message when the print partner confirms shipment. The dispatch email will include a tracking number or link where the selected service provides one. Some services are untracked; we will not invent tracking details. If tracking is supplied after dispatch, a further update will be sent. Check the email address entered at checkout and contact us if a message does not arrive.

Personalised production and delivery

Products are made from the artwork you approve. Production and delivery are separate stages. Express delivery, when offered, does not remove production time. Seasonal deadlines and any delivery period will be stated before ordering; do not rely on an unconfirmed arrival date.

Our print partner produces and dispatches directly, but your purchase is with Sandycroft Workwear Ltd. Contact us about your order, delivery or a problem with the product. Do not send a return to the registered office without return instructions.

Cancellations, faults and your rights

A physical product made to your specification or clearly personalised can be exempt from the usual change-of-mind cancellation right. This does not affect your legal rights if goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise do not meet the required standard. See our returns page for how to contact us.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or removes your statutory consumer rights. The laws of England and Wales apply, without removing mandatory protections or rights to bring proceedings in the UK jurisdiction where you live.
